| Resumen : | Esta pesquisa tem por objetivo analisar o processo histórico de luta e inserção da mulher no mercado de trabalho, tendo como foco a chefia feminina nas famílias monoparentais. O processo de transformação da mulher que antes somente se inseria na família, como boa esposa e boa mãe passa a sofrer diversas mudanças. Muitos foram os fatores que influenciaram esta mudança, como a inserção, principalmente da mulher branca no mercado de trabalho e as conquistas advindas da luta do movimento feminista, por exemplo. Tais mudanças trouxeram consigo um grande impacto sobre o papel da mulher na família, especialmente na família monoparental feminina que será o foco desta pesquisa. Com efeito, este estudo baseia-se em uma pesquisa bibliográfica de diversos autores que trabalham com o tema escolhido. Utilizando artigos científicos, livros, entre outros, pretende-se conhecer a realidade dessas mulheres chefes de família no Brasil. A pesquisa trará consigo a abordagem das relações de sexo/gênero, família e trabalho, trazendo também a análise de dados secundários sobre o tema. |
| metadata.dc.description.abstracten: | This research aims to analyze the historical process of struggle and insertion of women in the labor market, focusing on the female leadership in single - parent families. The process of transformation of the woman who previously only inserted in the family, like good wife and good mother undergoes several changes. Many factors influenced this change, such as the insertion, especially of the white woman in the labor market and the achievements of the struggle of the feminist movement, for example. Such changes have brought about a major impact on the role of women in the family, especially in the single-parent female family that will be the focus of this research. In fact, this study is based on a bibliographical research of several authors that work with the chosen theme. Using scientific articles, books, among others, we intend to know the reality of these female heads of families in Brazil. The research will bring with it the approach of sex / gender relations, family and work, also bringing the analysis of secondary data on the subject Keywords: Work, Family, Gender, Female leadership, Work female. |
