| Resumen : | Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo principal identificar os avanços e desenvolvimentos do “terceiro setor” e suas implicações nas respostas dadas a “questão social” e os rebatimentos sobre o trabalho Profissional. Tal reflexão foi feita por meios de leituras que possibilitam o entender de quais foram os motivos que levaram o desenvolvimento do “terceiro setor”, as implicações sobre as respostas a serem dadas a “questão social” e a que ponto isso pode trazer rebatimentos para os/as assistentes sociais. Foram realizadas pesquisas bibliográficas que apresentam as relações entre “terceiro setor”, “questão social” e trabalho do assistente social. Para obter essas informações foram utilizados referenciais teóricos de autores do Serviço Social, teses e dissertações de profissionais do Serviço Social que discutem o trabalho do assistente social em instituições do “terceiro setor” que de alguma forma contextualizam as questões impostas. Foi identificado o neoliberalismo como um motivador do desenvolvimento do “terceiro setor”, evidenciando o desenvolvimento deste carregado do estigma de ajuda, interferindo na atuação do assistente social e nas bases de sustentação de sua prática profissional. |
| metadata.dc.description.abstracten: | The main objective of this research is to identify the advances and developments in the "third sector" and their implications for the responses given to the "social question" and the repercussions on professional work. This reflection was made through readings that make it possible to understand what were the reasons that led to the development of the "third sector", the implications on the responses to be given to the "social question" and to what extent this can bring rebates to the social workers. Bibliographic researches were carried out that present the relations between the "third sector", "social issue" and the work of the social worker in the "third sector". To obtain this information, theoretical references from Social Service authors, theses and dissertations from social service professionals who discuss the work of the social worker in "third sector" institutions that somehow contextualize the issues imposed were used. Neoliberalism was identified as a motivator of the development of the "third sector", showing the development of this loaded with the stigma of help, interfering in the performance of the social worker and in the bases of support of his professional practice. |
